Legendary Miner Gear: Worth the Hunt

Published

Legendary Miner's Boots and Gloves now have a 1-in-150 Beginner Echo chance, and each equipped piece adds 5% Mining XP.

The hunt just got better. Legendary Miner's Boots and Gloves are now more than three times as likely to appear from a completed Beginner Resonance Echo: exactly 1 in 150 on their respective planets, up from 1 in 500. Each Echo is still a fresh roll, not a guaranteed drop.

Miner's Boots

Hunt Beginner Echoes on Skatboll for Legendary Miner's Boots. Worn on your feet, they still grant +1 effective Mining level for success chance only, and now add +5% Mining XP to each extraction attempt that earns XP.

Miner's Gloves

Hunt Beginner Echoes on Stillreach for Legendary Miner's Gloves. Worn on your hands, they carry the same +1 effective Mining level for success chance and new +5% Mining XP bonus.

Wear both and the XP bonuses add together for +10% Mining XP, rounded up once per attempt. The pair also keeps its existing +2 effective Mining levels for success chance. Neither item speeds up Mining, increases ore yields, unlocks higher-level sources or boosts other skills. That XP bonus stays useful even when your Mining success chance is already maxed out.

Ready to track them down? See Runeworking for Beginner Echo Seekers and Echo hunts, and Inventory & Equipment for how the two equipped bonuses work.
